CEZ is one of the biggest employers in Czechia and the people who work there and potential employees are the best resource in helping CEZ deliver their ambition of a cleaner energy future. To inspire and recruit prospective employees of CEZ we used the visual metaphor of a portal which they could step through with CEZ to do so. This device also directly relates to CEZ's recruitment portal where else / Kde jinde.cz.
